- Develop and Implement Localized Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute scalable recruitment plans to grow international student enrollment in the region, aligned with ApplyBoard’s growth objectives.
- Build and Manage Key Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with high-impact recruitment agents, educational consultants, and institutions; negotiate agreements and ensure alignment with ApplyBoard’s mission and enrollment goals.
- Lead Regional Market Initiatives: Identify high-potential regions for recruitment, adapting strategies to fit market needs and cultural contexts to expand ApplyBoard’s presence.
- Mentor and Guide the Recruitment Team: Lead and develop a high-performing business development team, fostering collaboration and helping achieve individual and team objectives.
- Represent ApplyBoard at Key Events: Attend industry conferences, webinars, and recruitment fairs to promote the brand, engage potential partners, and enhance market presence.
- Oversee Partner Training and Development: Implement training programs for agents to strengthen recruitment practices and improve application processes.
- Analyze and Optimize Recruitment Performance: Use data analytics to track recruitment metrics, refine strategies, and identify opportunities for growth, quality improvement, and market penetration.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, and operations to ensure cohesive recruitment efforts aligned with ApplyBoard’s overall goals.
- Experience: 4-6 years in international student recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Leadership Skills: 3+ years in a leadership or mentorship role within recruitment, with a focus on fostering team growth and collaboration.
- Strategic Sales and Relationship Management: Strong expertise in building and managing high-impact partnerships with educational agents, consultants, and institutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools to assess performance metrics and refine recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional Communication and Cross-Cultural Skills: Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Educational Background and Technical Proficiency: Bachelor’s degree required; familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital engagement platforms is a plus.
