- The APAC Product Compliance Sr Specialist will support to manage APAC regulation change, impact and digitalization.
- Assuring compliance of products with existing legislations under CFDA, EPA etc.
- Impact assessment for regulation/chemical change on products level within Asia.
- Support innovation project on regulatory compliance and provide regulatory assessment.
- Align and take action with global team, LMU and Asia PD for draft of new regulations or standards.
- APAC sustainability and package regulation monitoring
- Support to set up advocacy strategy.
- PSRA digitalization
- Maintain PSRA site and SharePoint.What makes you a good fit
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline.
- 5 + years professional experience in the area of Regulatory Affairs, in particular in the area of cosmetics, chemical or detergents.
- Good conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good digital skills (excel, power BI, dashboard).
- Highly organized and capable of working with attention to detail.
- Desire for continuous learning and demonstration of learning agility.
- Planning and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
