Requirements: Previous relevant experience or Academic Finance BcakgroundLocation: Shanghai, ChinaMode of work: On-siteThe roleKey responsibilities:

Prepare, verify and issue VAT invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Perform reconciliation between NAV system invoices and VAT invoices.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and take care of output VAT monthly/quarterly reconciliation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies issue if any.
Support other ad-hoc finance tasks as required.

What we need to see from youKnowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed
Experience:

2+ years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or tax handling
Familiairty with accounting software (e.g., NAV) is a plus

High accuracy and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
Working Proficiency in English is required
