Apply payment through Coupa system
Issue China VAT invoice, reconcile NetSuite billings with China tax system.
Weekly cash report
Match cash collection against open receivables
Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company
Report to Finance Operations Manager

Requirements

Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous internship experience
Good command of written English at least
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Quick learner

Term of Internship:

Availability: immediate start preferred
Duration: A commitment of 6 months or more is preferred
Schedule: 3 days per week (flexible based on workload)
Location: Hybrid, Shanghai China
