The Sales Manager - China, Advanced Materials Densification (AMD), Consumer Electronics is responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic market development for Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) solutions within the Advanced Materials Densification (AMD) division, with a primary focus on consumer electronics component manufacturing in China.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Opportunity Ownership· Own and manage strategic customer relationships within the consumer electronics component manufacturing ecosystem, acting as the primary commercial interface throughout the HIP system sales lifecycle.· Lead designated capture teams to drive complex HIP capital equipment opportunities from initial customer engagement through technical alignment, commercial negotiation, and contract signing.· Develop and present technical and commercial business cases aligned with customer manufacturing processes, performance requirements, and cost objectives.· Drive disciplined opportunity management using CRM tools to ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and structured opportunity development.· Work closely with internal engineering and application teams and customer technical stakeholders to identify, develop, and qualify new HIP applications for advanced materials used in consumer electronics.Strategy & Market Development· In coordination with the BU Regional Sales Manager and Global AMD team, implement regional business strategies to grow revenue, profitability, and long-term market position in consumer electronics component manufacturing in China.· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging manufacturing technologies, and evolving customer needs within the consumer electronics components industry.· Monitor industry trends and technology developments in advanced component manufacturing for consumer electronics, including advanced ceramics, metal injection molding (MIM), additive manufacturing, and powder metallurgy, ensuring customers are offered HIP solutions.Customer & Industry Engagement· Build and maintain strong networks with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical leaders across the consumer electronics component manufacturing and advanced materials ecosystem in China.· Identify and participate in relevant industry exhibitions, technical conferences, workshops, and seminars to strengthen market presence, expand industry networks, and promote Quintus HIP technology and capabilities.· Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new customers and new HIP applications within the consumer electronics component manufacturing ecosystem.Internal Collaboration· Collaborate closely with global product management, engineering, service, and application teams to develop and deliver integrated HIP solutions tailored to customer manufacturing requirements.· Provide structured market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development, application development, and strategic planning within the AMD division.Positions reporting to global leadership within an international framework‌‌The product with strong competitiveness and is protected by technical barriersExperience & QualificationsBasic Qualifications· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical sales, business development, or capital equipment sales.· Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing processes used in consumer electronics component production, such as precision metallurgy, ceramics processing, metal injection molding (MIM), additive manufacturing, or powder metallurgy.· Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.· Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling and commercial negotiations.· Strong networking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).· Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).Preferred Qualifications· 15+ years of relevant commercial experience, including leadership of complex capital equipment sales pursuits.· Experience coordinating cross-functional or capture teams.· Background in advanced materials manufacturing, precision component manufacturing, or related technologies such as ceramics processing, powder metallurgy, MIM, or additive manufacturing.· Experience selling complex imported capital equipment within China.· Experience managing or supporting multinational customer relationships, including companies headquartered in Japan, Korea, the United States, or Europe within global manufacturing supply chains.· Track record of success in international or matrix-structured organizations.Our client a global brand in high-pressure processing technology, specializing in providing advanced isostatic pressing and hot isostatic pressing solutions for high-end manufacturing industries such as aerospace, consumer electronics, and energy.
