- The Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager will arrange your duties, days off and vacation.
- 餐厅/酒吧/送餐经理将会安排你的职务,休息日和假期。
- Manage and organize the Restaurant/Bar/IRD Operation in the absence of Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager.
- 在餐厅/酒吧/送餐经理不在的情况下管理并且组织餐厅/酒吧运行。
- Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel.
- 采取及时的方式并且使用酒店最高标准,完成指示的所有准备工作和餐厅/酒吧布置。
- Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standards.

- Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to departmental service flow and standards.

- Maintain a good relationship with our regular clients.

- Handle guest complaints and solve them.

- Assist the Restaurant / bar Manage in his tasks and share his work.

- Delegate, supervise and control the work of your subordinates.

- Inspect the cleanliness of both front and back areas of restaurant / bar.

- Assist your subordinates in their tasks during the service.

- Teach, instruct and introduce your subordinates.

- To supervise the execution of Restaurant / bar events accordingly to guest’s desire and to insure the highest standards of food, beverage and service is offered。

- To generate new business from existing and new clients via solicitation and relationship management.
