The Manufacturing Engineering Director will oversee all engineering and manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality in a fast-paced industrial environment. Manage team to perform daily problem solving, customer complaints handling with Quality and Productions, root causes management and define proper corrective/preventive actions, to maintain production/process stabilities and effectively improve customer quality issues.2. Process standardization, prepare and improve work instructions, process parameters, process control instructions.3. Critical process capabilities improvements with help from centralized engineering resources and quality, improve equipment reliability and capabilities to improve first pass field and customer DPPM.4. Participant In Process Audit and process, manufacturing related finds improve, corrective/preventive actions.5. New product launch, product transfer, new equipment or new line introductions, take management role from manufacturing required actions and follow up, join review and discussion from early stage to make sure design for manufacturing, PPAP, process development, engineering building, qualifications be well planned and executed, to ensure "zero defects launch".6. NPI, transfer products related BOM, Routine preparations and update, develop and qualify fixtures and tooling, cost update.7. Department annual budget, performance management, team development.8.
