In your new role you will:
- Responsible for sales and account management, including prospecting, understanding customer requirements, negotiations, and closing the sale
- Performing all core customer-facing tasks, which are fulfilled remotely by default, in-person as an exception only when required
- Proficient with digital channels, customer analytics, and available tools and processes
- Driving change, strong in communicating value virtually, passionate, and motivated
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Graduate with relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in a global environment
- Excellent Sales and Account Management skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
- Remote selling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Profound digital educating and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self-service)
- Experience with sales relevant IT tools and systems
- Profound product/application knowledge
