- Plan and execute quarterly and annual growth account growth strategy
- Strategize and coordinate your team's renewal and upsell execution with accounts in your region with supporting functions
- Consistently achieve bookings quota targets
- Own the GRR and NRR KPIs for the regions
- Identify and manage revenue growth opportunities and risks across our account base, working closely with supporting functions and product to build pipeline and retain revenue
- Co-develop & execute GTM strategies with product, marketing and customer success for new products and revenue drivers to your account base
- Build and optimize processes, reports and dashboards to increase your team's efficiency
- Nurture and manage C-Level relationships across our strategic account base
- Adopt and advocate AppsFlyer's Account Management Playbook
- Manage & forecast your pipeline accurately through SalesForce
- Coach and train your team to excel in their roles
- Advocate for your team's resourcing, training and support needs
- Thrive in an environment of competition
- 10+ years of martech or mobile SaaS sales experience with top companies in China.
- 5+ years of sales team management experience (including training, hiring, developing a team)
- 4+ years of account management experience
- Managing at least 10M USD ARR.
- Proven performance achieving quota targets (Hands on)
- Experience managing complex and competitive sales cycles
- Experience in negotiating multi year contracts
- Comfortable in a farmer role and highly organized
- Revenue focused and driven
- Data-driven; able to critically evaluate information and data to build opportunities and manage retention
- Collaborative with a focus on company, team, then self
- Strong understanding of digital and mobile marketing ecosystem
- Desire to understand our technology from end to end
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Comfortable with regular travel
- Good English level.
