As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM’s ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.Industry focus: Electronic, Retail, CPG, High-Tech, E&U, IP etc.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Solid working experience both on supply chain planning & order fulfillment operation or consulting
- Planning Management Experience in Fortune 500 companies preferred,including demand planning, S&OP, inventory planning, master planning, material planning, manufacturing planning, order management etc.
- E2E Supply Chain planning business transformation project, process re-engineering project, system implementation or digital transformation project experiences like order fulfilment efficiency improvement, delivery performance improvement, inventory reduction or cost reduction.
- Industry background with good project management and stakeholders’ management skills that can learn consulting skills quickly.
- Management consulting background with good project management and proposal development skills.
- Project experiences or certified with digital supply chain planning system implementationPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree, MBA is a plus, majoring in SCM, Operations, Logistics, OE, etc.
  • English: Fluent both oral and written
  • E2E Supply Chain Digital Transformation project experiences preferred
