- Strategic Sales Execution: Implement and adapt corporate sales strategies for the South China market, aligning with global objectives to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Key Account Development: Proactively manage and nurture relationships with our clients in South China, while identifying and onboarding new accounts to expand IDIADA's regional footprint.
- Project Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with IDIADA's Product Managers and technical teams to identify client needs, prepare competitive proposals (RFQs), and present tailored solutions for engineering, testing, and homologation projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless project delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client expectations.
- Client-Centric Operations: Oversee the end-to-end client lifecycle, from proposal defense to invoicing and payment collection, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for margin improvement, client retention, and portfolio expansion.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor automotive industry developments and OEM-specific trends in South China, providing actionable insights to guide IDIADA's regional and global strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or business development, specifically with automotive OEMs in Southern China.
- Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar accounts and delivering year-on-year growth.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Japanese or Cantonese is highly advantageous.
