2. Talent acquisition and retention: Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement practices for talent retention.
3. Employee engagement and culture: Foster a positive work environment and strong company culture by developing employee engagement initiatives, promoting employee well-being, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
4. Performance management: Implement performance management processes and tools to ensure effective goal-setting, performance evaluation, and career development for employees at all levels.
5. Employee relations and conflict resolution: Oversee employee relations matters, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent practices are followed.
6. HR policies and compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary revisions to policies and practices.
7.
