Develops and implements operational policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures. Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions.About the Job

Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of the team. (40%)
Leads operations projects that maximizes efficiencies in a Littelfuse production facility. (25%)
Evaluates staff levels for current and future requirements and identifies training and development requirements. (25%)
Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for safety, quality and productivity. (10%)
Other duties as assigned.

About You

Bachelor or university degree
10+ years of experience
Deep knowledge of global manufacturing operations
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
