- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with annual and long-term business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on talent, organization and culture.
- Design and refresh organizational structures, roles and reporting lines to match evolving business priorities.
- Lead or advise on change initiatives (restructures, M&A, system rollouts) ensuring smooth adoption.
- Own end-to-end talent management: succession planning, high-potential development, leadership coaching and capability building.
- Facilitate talent reviews and development actions for critical roles.
- Drive annual performance, salary review and incentive processes that reinforce a pay-for-performance culture.
- Benchmark compensation and benefits against relevant markets.
- Ensure all policies and practices comply with Chinese labor law and global standards.
- Manage complex employee-relations matters in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; design programs that strengthen culture and elevate engagement.
- Curate enterprise culture events and communications.
- Leverage HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and dashboards to monitor key metrics and automate routine tasks.
- Translate analytics into actionable HR interventions.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP Manager/Senior Manager role within a multinational environment.
- Solid knowledge of China employment law and HR best practices.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, GPHR, Hogan or ICF coaching are a plus.
