  • Factory and production line setup - projects: Is responsible for screening and qualifying suppliers to ensure technical capabilities, engineering and manufacturing capacity and competitive pricing.
  • Production Technology Development: Is responsible to develop and optimize technologies and processes to enable our Consumer electronic and Photonics applications roadmaps, with focus on scalability, CapEx efficiency, equipment flexibility for multi program usage.
  • Scouting of new production technologies: Is responsible for evaluation of new production technologies with the potential to disruptively improve quality and/or cost of optical components products.
  • Technology Center Responsible to build-up and run our optical components technology center to be able to evaluate and develop disruptive technologies and sample optical components products for new customers.
  • Leadership Leads his/her organization in China, defining clear roles and responsibilities, leveraging the strengths of SCHOTT network developing and delivering solutions best in quality and cost.
  • Duties: Ability to develop high performance team with strong technical and communication skills (China & South of Asia).
Your Profile
  • Master degree in Engineering or Physics
10 years of experience in production technology development with at least 5 years in leadership positions
