FP&A Senior Manager - Finance Digitalization

• In this position, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance reviews, and scenario analysis. You will identify opportunities to enhance financial processes across forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and risk assessment.
• The role focuses heavily on strengthening analytics capabilities, improving dashboarding and reporting, and using predictive tools to enhance accuracy. You will also deploy automation solutions and AI workflows to streamline tasks such as data consolidation and variance analysis.
• A key aspect of the role involves driving change management, enabling adoption of new tools, and providing hands-on training across the finance team. You will ensure data quality, support model development, and deliver insights that inform strategic business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Economics
• 10+ years of experience in finance within multinational environments
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA) preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese
• Strong expertise in FP&A, demand planning, and financial modelling
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with regional/global stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically using data-driven insights
