Ensuring EC business, our major growth driver, deliver the target and effective returns on all investments.As a key member of the Commercial Finance team you will be instrumental in influencing and collaborating with our commercial functions to drive commercial decision making, return on investment and business planning.Role ResponsibilitiesChina Wellness Finance Business Partner is responsible for the financial planning, monitoring and delivery, provides wider and holistic view to drive financial priorities and improve maturity level of financial planning in both category, brand and channel level, and is designed also to optimize ways of working within China finance department.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering with E-commerce (Domestic EC, Cross-board EC, PDD, etc ), to deliver E-commerce business target and improve investment efficiencyLead the E-commerce A&P planning and analysis to ensure the investments in well efficiencySupport in China Wellness performance review preparationsCo-work with QSC team to deliver GP improvement targetLead China Wellness 3 Year LRP, Budgeting, rolling forecast, enable the commercial team to deliver business targets and improve financial profitabilityProvide financial support to the Wellness category and EC sales team, evaluate the reasonableness, consistency, and accuracy of financial information.Ensure that control processes are robustDetect any risks associated with business performance and support the search for mitigation plans to reduce the associated impacts.
