- Governance and Standardization:
-Maintain global governance processes for GBS Sourcing in collaboration with leaders cross sourcing areas. Facilitate budgeting, cost assessments, capacity planning, and decision-making at project level. Drives standardization and consolidation across GBS Sourcing areas.
-Manage cross-sourcing area knowledge/document/data management platforms and oversee compliance, audits, and training at global and or local level. * Compliance Enablement:-Supports implementation of a compliant framework to ensure effective governance in a highly regulated environment. Oversees adherence to relevant laws and regulations, direct overall compliance of the GBS Sourcing organization, and serve as the primary liaison with CD Auditing for specific findings. * Performance and Compliance Management:-Oversee the application of COSEA by translating requests into actions, ensuring compliance with global processes at the local level, and managing reports and KPIs.-Manage non-compliance cases, implement automated process improvements, and support audits while following up on lessons learned for continuous improvement.
-Handle data breaches and other impactful activities promptly and effectively to safeguard the business.Job Requirements:
- Degree/education: Master degree or Diploma degree with major such as Business Administration, Lifesience, Economics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance or IT etc.
- 5 years and above practical sourcing expertise with a focus on quality in MNC. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is plus.
- Demonstrable experienced in Project Management.
