- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth across the APAC region, with a focus on corporate markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, strategic alliances, and key account acquisitions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the VP of Corporate Markets to align regional strategies with global objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with leaders across the Corporate Division, ensuring that there is a consistent approach to the Corporate Market
- Foster a high-performing team culture, ensuring alignment with regional and global goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development and account management activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the VP of Corporate Markets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business activities.
- Significant experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on corporate markets in the APAC region.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the APAC market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members, with a focus on driving performance and development.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and native level Mandarin skill are required

- This role is based in either Beijing or Shanghai, and you must have the right to work and live in China.

When you’re not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces – like at conference – you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.
- The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance to either our Beijing office(Cultural Square, Haidian) or Shanghai office(Shui on Plaza, Huang Pu) to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location 3 days per week.
