You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Understand Concur system, process/audit Concur reportsDaily quality monitoring of outsourcing teamAmex card admin to apply or cancel cards for country employeesMonthly Concur reports quality checkSupplier manual payment validation & initiatinglocal bank payment and treasury related funding requirementsvendor query and local requestor escalation handling, communicate and solve with related parties about any variances or exception during the processAccount reconciliation for AP related account and open issue clearance within 60 working daysAP process and related month end journey entries into SAP FinanceUnderstand and follow the standard SAP Procure to Pay process, collaborate with APAC/GC controller team to continuously improve the internal control and processManaging AP&EEM related service request and handling ad-hoc/escalate issues as requiredProvides immediate attention to queries and follow-up with appropriate resolutionLiaises with internal departments for effective solutions to problem resolutionSupport internal/external auditProvide KPI reports to internal stakeholders (e.g. local country finance)Participating in improvement project discussion and executionBackup other team members when neededAd hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the ManagerREQUIREMENTSKNOWLEDGE/EDUCATIONUniversity Business degree with accounting/finance focusProfessional qualification in finance will be highly preferred (e.g. CPA, CIMA, ACCA…)Concur application knowledge and experienceSAP application knowledge and experienceProficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointJOB EXPERIENCEExperience in Finance or major in accounting/finance, with AP&EEM related experience preferred.SKILLS/COMPETENCIESWell-developed verbal and written communication skills with a particular strength in English.
