This position. will oversee sales operations within the industrial and manufacturing sectors, focusing on driving growth and building strong client relationships. Based in Shanghai, this role offers an opportunity to manage strategic accounts and deliver tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:‌
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned industry. Primary responsibility covers the Eastern China region, including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangxi, and Fujian.
  • Develop key accounts within the region, such as wafer fabrication plants and semiconductor equipment manufacturers, establish long-term strategic partnerships, and lead technical exchanges and market promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the electronics industry, including end users, design institutes, consultants, and contractors.
  • Identify and recruit new distributors, evaluate and enhance the capabilities of existing distributors, guide distributors to implement sales activities aligned with the company's strategy, and urge them to achieve assigned targets.
  • Be responsible for project rationalized solutions, quotation, contract signing, shipment, and accounts receivable collection.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape changes, industry policies, and new technology trends, and adjust sales strategies promptly.
  • Prepare weekly work reports and monthly sales summaries, and submit them to superiors in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department and application teams to develop suitable marketing materials and campaigns, strengthening the company's awareness in the semi-con market and driving relevant sales growth.
  • Maintain close coordination with the Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

  • (Preferred) Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, Plumbing, Thermal Power Engineering, Cryogenic & Refrigeration Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related fields.
  • (Preferred) Priority given to technically-oriented sales professionals‌ with experience in cooling systems/equipment for the electronics/semiconductor industry. Minimum of ‌8+ years solid sales or marketing experience‌ with proven customer resources. Must possess ‌established relationships‌ with key design institutes, consulting firms, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors in the electronics industry, and have a ‌demonstrable track record of driving business growth and project execution‌.
  • ‌(Must-have) Deep familiarity‌ with semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, etching, CMP), understanding ‌process, cleanliness, and power requirements for relevant technologies‌. Strong innovative thinking to ‌embed company's premium products into process solutions‌, creating ‌differentiated and value-driven technical solutions‌ that deliver ‌superior lifecycle value‌ to customers.
  • Strong ‌customer-centric business acumen‌. Ability to ‌develop sound strategies‌ based on customer needs (actual or potential) and competitor analysis, and ‌conduct negotiations at various levels‌.
  • ‌Self-motivated and capable of working independently‌, while also possessing strong ‌team collaboration skills‌, ‌empathy‌, and ‌dedication‌.
  • ‌Demonstrate courage in undertaking responsibilities‌ assigned by the company, ‌executing them excellently, and ‌earning trust‌.
