Don’t miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with us!Job Responsibilities:1.Coordinate with supervisor to achieve the daily build plan, ensure WIP and 5S under control.2.Daily safety check, detect and follow up the unsafety action and unsafety condition with EHS team. 3.Monitor and improve product KPIs( efficience, quality, extra consumption, consumable, closed order rate..)4.Work with supervisor to draw up the human resource requires and production capacity plan, and according the build plan to arrange operator reasonably.5.Work with cross function to slove and escalate the abnormal case, ensure the production line resume quickly.6.Record the daily abnormal case and drive related department to improve.7.Monthly MBO management, evaluate the MBO base on operator's performance accordingly.8.Responsible for skill training and reserve talent for key station, encourage operator to be multiskilled. 9.Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, cost, quality, and delivery.10.Care about the staff, communicate with staff regularly and provide the help to improve operator's sense of belonging.11.Execute other duties from superior.Job Requirements:1.Professional college or above, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English is preferred.2.Have experience on consumer electronics or automotive electronics is preferred.3.Good communication and teamwork4.Strong leadership and employee care mindset.5.Honesty and credibility, passionate and love learning.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
