We are looking for a Procurement Manager based in Shenzhen—the global hub of hardware manufacturing. The ideal candidate has deep local supplier networks across robotics, electronics, and industrial hardware, and can negotiate favorable terms, manage quality, and streamline imports/exports. You will be responsible for sourcing robotics hardware, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery of equipment to our global teams.RequirementsKey Responsibilities

Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and manufacturers of robotics hardware, sensors, chips, actuators, and components.
Negotiation & Contracts: Secure the best pricing, lead times, and contract terms for hardware orders.
Quality Control: Oversee inspections, sample testing, and compliance with international standards.
Supply Chain Management: Coordinate production schedules, logistics, and shipping for global distribution.
Market Research: Stay ahead of new robotics hardware innovations and identify new potential suppliers.
Cross-Border Operations: Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
Cost Optimization: Continuously reduce costs while maintaining quality and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing in robotics, electronics, or industrial hardware.
Local Network: Strong connections with manufacturers and suppliers in Shenzhen and across China.
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (written and spoken).
Negotiation Expertise: Proven track record of securing favorable deals with suppliers.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with robotics hardware, sensors, and electronics manufacturing processes.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle supplier delays, quality issues, and complex logistics.
