This role is a hands on TA leader who partners closely with business leaders and HR to deliver hiring outcomes, lead and develop a high performing TA team, and drive TA initiatives that improve speed, quality, and scalability of recruitment.texJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Partner with China business leaders, HRBPs, and CoEs to translate business priorities into clear, executable hiring strategies
- Provide market intelligence and data‑driven insights (talent supply, competitiveness, time‑to‑fill, role feasibility) to support decision making
- Act as a trusted TA advisor, constructively challenging role design, hiring timelines, and expectations where required
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment outcomes for assigned portfolios, including quality of hire, time‑to‑fill, and candidate experience
- Personally handle critical, senior, or complex roles as needed
- Ensure consistent application of GE HealthCare recruiting standards, assessment quality, and selection governance
- Ensure all hiring activity complies with China labor law, data privacy, and GEHC compliance requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, setting clear expectations and raise the bar for a higher performance standards
- Enhance recruiter capability in sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, assessment quality, and market insight
- Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
- Lead and manage TA‑related projects and initiatives across China, from planning through execution and stabilization with desired speed and quality.
- Serve as China TA project lead or workstream owner for initiatives such as:
- Hiring ramp‑ups for new products, businesses, or site expansions
- TA process optimization (e.g., requisition approval flow, interview effectiveness, assessment quality, new TA model with RPO )
- Implementation or enhancement of TA systems, tools, and reporting
- Employer branding, early careers, or diversity hiring initiatives
- Develop clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Coordinate across HRBPs, business leaders, Global TA, COEs, and external vendors to ensure on‑time delivery
- Translate project outcomes into scalable best practices for broader China TA adoption
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition/HR experience
- Strong understanding of China talent market, recruiting channels, and labor compliance
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Experience in matrixed, multinational environments
