Job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will:Being responsible for enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, and conducting quality control checkingManaging various sales quality reportsDeveloping, maintaining and executing quality assurance programme/procedures for the frontline sales to ensure the Bank's standards are fully complied withCultivating the enforcement of sales compliance fulfilment and sales best practices in the appropriate Global Business FunctionEnsuring focused leadership across the business, to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experiencePromoting, fostering and monitoring sales compliance and sales integrityProviding recommendations to improve and streamline the operation flow of the front sales office and other relevant business unitsWhere necessary, carrying out team administrative rolesProviding the team management with required management information, in order to inform decision makingDelivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensuring their own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial marketsRequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen.Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can proactively drive a project independently.Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable.Must be a team player.Strong Microsoft application knowledge.Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and engage the senior management to discuss key risks/mitigations, business impact, recommendations and next stepsYou'll achieve more when you join HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
