• Assist Director of Events Management to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
• Generate new business opportunities through various channels
• Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
• Takes responsibility for the team's sales performance
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Maintain sales and service standards of the team

• At least 2 years same position work experience in international 5-star hotel
• Has a can-do attitude
• Very familiar with Shanghai wedding events sales marketing status
• Able to work under pressure
• Performance and results driven
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
