  • Lead project delivery across China and Japan, ensuring operational and commercial excellence.
  • Manage financial performance, KPIs, and risk across multiple sites.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, design, construction, and closeout.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Supervise internal and external project teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Handle billing, AR collection, and documentation for revenue recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and project governance.
  • Drive safety, change management, and continuous improvement.
Supervisory Duties:
  • Lead and mentor project teams across regions.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
  • Make strategic decisions aligned with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese is a plus.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; able to read architectural drawings.
  • Deep understanding of APAC market, construction practices, and supplier base.
  • Proven experience managing international teams and industrial projects.
