- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company's presence in global market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective channel sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with channel partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel-related inquiries and support requests.
- A proven track record in channel sales or partnership development within banking/ payment/ issuing institutions/ card brands, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A strategic mindset to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally familiar with USA or Singapore market
- Knowledge of the local market and an understanding of channel distribution models.
- A results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
