- Develop and execute procurement strategies to manage project time lines and budgets.
- Manage supplier negotiations to secure favourable terms and ensure reliable delivery schedules.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align purchasing activities with project requirements.
- Monitor and assess supplier performance to maintain consistent quality and service levels.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of product quality.
- Resolve procurement-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Generate reports to track purchasing performance
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, engineering background is preferred
- 6 years solid technical sourcing experience for different commodities or categories at new product creation stage and rich supplier management experience.
- Chinese and English both need be very good
- Management skills, critical thinking, ethical, accountable teamwork, communication skills, and milestone experience.
