- Explore, supervise and manage distributors to promote the sales of powder coating equipment in East China.
- Explore new business opportunities, acquire customer’s information, maintain and enhance business relations with customers.
- Effectively determine customer requirements and prepare appropriate quotations, contracts, and day-to-day business processes.
- Explore sales opportunities for IC products directly and/or via distributors in designated areas. Promote these opportunities into sales orders.
- Plan and organize sales and marketing related activities, such as product demos, product launches, and exhibition shows.
- Effectively prepare monthly reports, sales target and forecasts, and submit to upper management on a timely basis.
- Accountable for planning, achieving, and exceeding sales and business growth targets
- Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to managements the needs and requirements of customers and competitors’ activities.
- Prepare quality documentation i.e. contract as required by the company standard and guideline.
- Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
- Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, and departments.
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
