Job Responsibilities 工作职责:· Responsible for the clients' internal audit on financial/tax/accounting matters and special related matters: conducting the original investigation, collecting and filing of relevant audit materials; carrying out the review and other related work; preparation of the review report;负责客户财务/税务/会计事项及特殊相关事项的内部审计，进行原始调查、收集整理和归档相关审计资料，开展审查和其他相关工作，编写审阅报告；· Regularly and upon request, conduct spot checks and audits on the implementation of the internal control system and financial management status of the client; provide relevant opinion, suggestion and guidance; prepare the relative report;定期、不定期对客户单位内控制度的执行情况和财务管理状况进行抽查和审计，提出指导意见；准备相关报告。· Evaluate the financial and risk management of the clients and the implementation of various financial and risk-control systems; prepare and issue opininos, suggestion and guidance on financial management; prepare the relative report;评价客户单位财务管理和各项财务制度的执行情况，对财务管理、内部控制、风险管理方面出具管理建议；· Assist in the audit of customers' annual financial reports, and respond to the feedback and requirements of group auditors in a timely manner; assist in the relevant annual compliance procedures (i.e., annual commercial inspection, CIT and IIT filing);协助客户年报审计工作，并及时回复集团审计师的反馈和要求；协助办理相关的年度合规事宜（即工商年检、企业所得税汇算清缴和个人所得税汇算清缴）;· Other tasks assigned by the leader, such as assisting the team on clients' finance, tax and accounting ordinary compliance matter for clients; communications with relevant authorities (i.e., Bank, SAFE, Customs, Tax bureau).领导安排的其他工作，如协助团队处理客户的财务、税务、会计等日常合规事宜;与相关当局（即银行、外汇管理局、海关、税务局）的沟通。Skills & experienceRequirements要求:§ More than 5 years of audit work experience;5年以上审计经验；§ Passed College English Test Band (CET) 4 and 6, or oversea study and working experience.大学过四六级或留学工作经验；§ Certificate of Medium Level Accountant or CPA, ACCA is preferred;通过中级会计师考试或注册会计师, ACCA考试者优先；§ In-depth understanding of Chinese financial, accounting tax policies, rules, and regulations;深入了解中国财税政策、规定和条例;§ Strong consultation, presentation, communication skills, self-initiative, and teamwork spirit; willing to work under pressure;良好的咨询、演说和沟通能力、主动性、团队合作精神以及在压力下工作的意愿；§ Be conscientious, proactive, committed, and motivated with a strong sense of teamwork;仔细认真、主动、投入、积极，具有强烈的团队合作意识；
