- Assisting controlling and directing customers and visitors.
- PPE control and management for visitor / customer
- Controlling incoming, outgoing, and internal distribution of courier documents, parcels, mail, inter office documents, and postage charges.
- Translation of documents
- Control stationery and office equipment supplies inventory, re-ordering, and distribution.
- Control supplies and reordering of pantry and dining room consumables.
- Entry PR and receive goods as system user of HR.
- Co-ordinate catering service supplier.
- Work out the admin. budget and control the related cost
- Management of vehicles and drivers
- Manage office and site cleaning and outsourced staff
- Manage meeting rooms and projectors bookings.
- Assist to GM & DGM for meeting arrangement and other routine admin. matters.
- Maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- Other related work as required by the HR Manager.
