This role oversees full‑spectrum finance and back‑office operations in China, partnering closely with global teams to build scalable processes and support strategic growth initiatives.1. Financial Management (Core Scope)

Manage full‑set finance for the China entity, including budgeting, analysis, cost control, compliance, tax, and audit coordination.
Work closely with overseas finance teams to align accounting frameworks, streamline processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Support fundraising, audits, due diligence, and other financial events.

2. Operations Management (Back‑Office Lead)

Oversee daily office operations, administrative processes, vendor management, and internal workflow setup.
Develop and optimize cross‑regional operational procedures to support a fast‑growing organization.
Drive organizational capability building as the company transitions from early‑stage to scale‑up.

3. Strategic and Management Support

Provide financial insights, identify risks, and support key operational decisions for the leadership team.
Build financial models and support major business decisions and strategic planning.

Experience in audit or consulting, ideally from large professional services firms.
Operational finance experience in a high‑growth start‑up environment.
Demonstrated ability to build processes from the ground up (0 → 1).
Comfortable working with cross‑border teams; strong English communication skills.
Highly self‑driven, adaptable, and energized by fast‑paced biotech or innovation‑driven environments.
