Establish and manage information system and database. Support to manage must win relevant internal initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Planning & Reporting
- Establish methodology & modelling to set up must win stores' target & rolling forecast.
- Deliver regular or ad-hoc analysis to track/assess must win stores' sales performance.
- Provide feedback to front end sales team with proposed action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the must win stores' end to end cycle.
- Drive target achievement by recommending action plan for sales efficiency & productivity improvements.
- Support reasonable store sales & operational KPI target setting to meet business ambitions.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of factbase.
- Coordinate and manage initiative development, planning and prioritization processes.
- Participate in the development of the database and BI tools specifically for must win stores.
