Job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will:Driving right & strong strategies and initiatives to achieve business growthManaging Costs and Resources to be within FRP and coordinating local requests to support business growthSupport business planning work, e.g. reporting to Group, Regional and WPB leadership team to understand the business performancePrepare related MI and meeting pack for business planning purposeDirect cost analysis and monitoring, cost control and deep dive analysis.RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or other related field preferred.Strong managerial, analytical, communications, lateral thinking, influencing and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHands-on computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent analysis and problem solving capabilitiesOutstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skillsExtra pointEducated to post-graduate degree level in Accountancy, Finance or related fieldStrong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoningDemonstrated business knowledge, outstanding understanding of HSBC structures, processes and objectives across the GroupOutstanding knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors etc.Outstanding knowledge of WPB – functionally, operationally and financiallyProven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives across the business and WPBPractical experience of major business transformation activitiesYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
