Job DescriptionDeveloping and managing the company's product portfolio
Facilitating communication in between local office and global HQ
Monitoring progress: Keeping track of the project's progress, identifying any issues or delays, and reporting these to the General Director, providing solving problems suggestions.
Administrative support: Handling documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining project files, handle commercial cooperation between HQ and local according of group service portfolio.
Assessment of the company's resources, competitiveness and capabilities in the market in relation to the services provided and new development of core products / new products for the needs of Customers;
Analysis of large projects in the initial stage of implementation and access to key players in order to develop relationships and sign long-term contractual relationships;
Participation in the development and implementation of an employee motivation system, participation in the planning of the unit's activities according to key KPIs (gross profit, turnover, profitability, etc.);
Participation in the selection of personnel (conducting interviews and selecting final candidates).
