- Develop and execute channel-specific growth plans for retail stores.
- Design store SOPs to elevate brand experience and drive foot traffic.
- Analyse market trends to tailor assortments and merchandising.
- Oversee in-store execution at channel distributors (e.g. shelf stocking, signage, demo stations) and stores (e.g. staff training, inventory accuracy).
- Implement efficiency tools to reduce wait times and stockouts.
- Work with regional sales teams to audit stores, address compliance gaps, and share good practices.
- Manage capex and budgets for store refreshes, tech upgrades, and fixture rollouts.
- Study the feasibility of O2O initiatives like "Buy Online, Ship to Store" for bulk orders or apps driving in-store consultations.
- Collaborate with E-commerce team to align online promotions with in-store conversions.
- Leverage CRM data (e.g., contractor accounts, loyalty programs) to personalize in-store service.
- Test emerging tech in flagship locations.
- Track channel KPIs: sell-through rates, basket size, NPS vs. foot traffic, conversion.
- Report on competitive activity and recommend counter-strategies.
- Model ROI for retail investments (e.g., store-in-store concepts, pop-up workshops).
- Bachelor's/MBA in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Around 10 years in retail/channel management.
- Deep knowledge of retail operations (e.g., reset cycles, vendor portals like Retail Link) and retail stores (e.g. franchise models).
- Proficiency in retail analytics and O2O tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with retail buyers and contractors.
- Strategic and logical thinking, solid team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing, able to communicate oral English.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification for process improvement is a plus.
- Ability to travel 30-40% (store visits, trade shows).
