
Regional Training Lead – China, SAP S/4 HANA Implementation

- Localize and execute the training strategy for the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation program within China.
- Partner with regional functional leads and SMEs to identify training needs and develop role-based learning paths.
- Coordinate the design and delivery of training materials, including e-learning, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and simulations tailored for China.
- Manage training logistics, scheduling, and deployment across China sites.
- Monitor training effectiveness through regional feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics.
- Support the enablement of Super Users and local trainers.
- Collaborate with external learning vendors and internal L&D teams to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery.
- Ensure training content is culturally appropriate and compliant with local language and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain training documentation and support reporting on regional readiness and learning KPIs.
- Minimum of five years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational change.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise system rollouts in China.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, MS Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across regional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Willingness to travel within China up to 20%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
- Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., CPTD, ATD, Prosci).
- Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments in China.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proactive and solution-focused.
- Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels.
- Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
