- Assist account managers in maintaining relationships with gaming merchants, helping to optimize their payment performance and resolve issues.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, track key success metrics, and uncover areas for improvement.
- Support the onboarding process for new gaming merchants and aid in the integration of payment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Technical team and support to address merchant needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for partner reviews, summarizing insights and recommendations.
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- A strong interest in the payments, fintech, and gaming industries.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
