- Support the routine contract management process, including contract filing, data quality check in contract management system, original contract receipt status tracking, etc.;
- Support contract management system upgrade if necessary, e.g. user acceptance test, training material preparation;
- Support the user change management for APAC region, e.g. monitor the user status change, follow-up with status of contracts transfer;
- Prepare contract analysis report where necessary;
- Ad hoc tasks from LIPC
