- Define and oversee cross domain trends, Pre-selling activities, short term to medium term Acquisition strategy and long term BBM-CN Growth strategy with relevant OEMs being representative of Bosch Mobility China.
- Support business acquisition & development for new GB.
- Synergize external customer technology roadmap to Bosch product portfolio regarding future trends and technologies to gain additional business potential/ share of wallet.
- Lead AMP planning.
- Alignment of all customer related activities.
- Consolidate Global competitor activities on customer level in alignment with Domains.
- Monitor customer QCDE topics along with RCT/GCTs to fulfil customer requirements.
- Manage and escalate all customer concerns /risks to leadership team (as per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate early resolution.
- Coordinate high level customer meetings (A Panel, Tech days) Innovation Day, Marketing Days.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate when required to address customer concerns.
- Adopt relevant Central Directives for Sales to achieve functional excellence. (Negotiations of General Terms & Conditions) and secure agreements with OEMs.
- Create EO -specific quote template according to agreed terms and condition and release for compliance. Create a CPC for quotation guideline adherence.
- Support Domains' Sales in Project-Specific Negotiation.
- Overall is responsible for contracting with OEMs across domains.
- Oversee the technical sales & digital competency requirements for OEMs & customer team based on current and future trends.
- Bachelor - any technical stream.
- MBA - Marketing / Business (Desirable)
- 5+ Years of Experience in Sales, Strategy and Marketing in Automotive Domain,
- Experience in OE Sales (SOE/RCT/GCT) dealing with Key Chinese Customers
- Proficient in Bosch product portfolio, competitor portfolio, Automotive Landscape
- Competent in B2B Sales and Marketing
- Competent on X-Domain topics including future development, technologies, and ecosystem.
- Advanced Knowledge of Contract law, Order to Cash and Source to Deliver Processes, Product Engineering Process, Quality Management Systems and derive insights from Business Analytics.
- Competent in Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Proficient in Automotive Industry Landscape and Ecosystem
- Competent in Leadership attitude, behavior (Leading self and others), Decision Making, Delegation
- Proficient in Strategic thinking and customer account management.
- Competent in Solution selling (incl. partnership with external organizations)
