Technician

• Operation KPIs (efficiency, quality) of engine operation of TC.保证技术中心发动机试验的运行KPI (效率、质量）。
• Enhance technical capability and service of engine emission testing to responsible engineer.针对责任工程师，提升发动机排放试验的技术能力与服务。
• Tackle significant EHS issues without delay, ensure potential hazards are identified and managed. 及时发现解决重大的EHS问题，保证潜在风险得到及时发现与管理。
• Follow TC operation requirement ， work on three shifts （morning shift/middle shift/night shift）. 能够根据TC试验室运行要求，进行三班（早班、中班、夜晚）轮换。

• Arrange and coordinate technician management according to test operation requirement Cooperate with engineers and supervisor to implement safe and efficient test operation work.根据测试运转的需求合理的安排和协调技师管理工作，配合工程师和主管，安全高效的完成实验运行工作。
• Timely and effectively identify and resolve safety and test issues and report issues in time.及时有效的识别和解决安全和测试问题，并且及时汇报试验过程发现的问题。
• Test bench/vehicle/OBD sample Aging/equipment/facility daily check and troubleshooting during test process, Guarantee test bench operation correctly and equipment run normally 台架/整车/OBD样品老化/设备日常检查以及试验过程中的问题排查，确保台架操作正确以及设备正常
• Engine/vehicle/equipment maintenance and test bench/vehicle installation and status inspection发动机/整车/设备维护保养、台架安装/整车/设备布置、状态检查
• Catalyst installation and packaging and shipping and storage催化器安装、打包、运输、存储
• Cooperate with equipment engineer to perform maintenance and trouble shooting and solving配合台架设备维护保养以及协助故障排查及解决
• Independently complete bench lab gas replacement and fuel receiving and warehouse management stuff receiving and record）独立完成气体更换以及油品接收以及仓库管理（物料领用登记）
• Active found problems during working process, keep improve quality issue 主动发现工作过程中遇到的问题，持续进行质量改善
• Honest and credible hard working 诚实可信，努力工作

• Internal combustion engine or vehicle or mechanical relevant engineering内燃机或车辆或者机械相关专业及经验
• At least 2 Years experience in engine emission or engine test lab or vehicle operation skill至少2年的发动机排放或发动机测试或者整车试验室工作经验
• Office Basic computer skills –Office 计算机基础技能
• Good communication and understanding skill and implement skill Follow test lab’s operation requirement ， work on three shifts （morning shift/middle shift/night shift, shift work is needed. 有较强的沟通、理解能力、执行能力
• 能够根据试验室运行要求，进行三班（早班、中班、夜晚）轮换。
• Independently complete bench/vehicle operation catalyst packaging, installation test operation ）独立完成台架操作和整车台架操作（催化剂封装、安装、试验运行）
• Engine/vehicle trouble shooting and solving发动机故障以及整车故障排查及解决
• Good EHS safety awareness and active communication and improvement plan有良好的EHS安全防范意识，且积极主动的沟通及提出改善方案
• Have a good work ethic and positive work attitude, strong learning ability. Good teamwork.有良好的职业道德和积极工作态度，有团队合作精神、学习能力强
