JOB PURPOSE:RCA Lead role is to maintain the long-term relationship with local government bureaus to eunsure the running of Corporate Affairs projects and events.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop the comprehensive relationship and cooperation with multiple government agencies (excl. healthcare commission and payer authority), and trade associations in responsible regions
Strength the communication with external customers and keep regular visit
Keep long-term relatioship with relative government bureau and KOLs in responsible regions
Support formulation of related corporate affairs policy and best practice sharing
Forecast, monitor and handle public crisis issues
Implement the corporate affairs projects/events with the involvement of senior leaders to build up Sanoif corporate image
Handle other corporate affairs as assigned

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in public relations, communications or related field is preferred

Experience & knowledge & Competencies:

8+ years government affairs or corporate affairs working experience in relative field
Familiar with the working flow and operation procedure of relative government and bureau
High levels of integrity and discretion in handing confidential and crises information
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities and ambiguous environemnts.
Proficient writing and internet/social media skills
Ability to work cross-functionally to identify and prioritize company goals to accomplish with external stakholders
Demonstrated ability to build deep and authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Business integrity and work ethics
Good command of both written and oral English
