Responsibilities:

Manage production department by supervising and coaching production employees. Ensure that department works towards achieving safety, quality, productivity and efficiency goals.
Lead production planning team for on-time delivery, inventory control, logistic control, packaging material control etc.
Lead production HC saving, conversion plan to meet plant future plan.
Involve in the project of production machine automation, digital factory, smart production.
Work with other teams for process optimize and quality improvement
Process control according to SOP(standard of procedure)
Lead quality team for quality improvement, quality system management, quality complains, and Cpk improvement.
Support plant policies, programs and initiatives and actively work under leadership of manufacturing director to continuously analyze and improve these policies, programs and initiatives.
Coordinates the activities of the production group to best utilize employees.
Evaluate personnel requirements based on business and employee needs.
Work with engineering, maintenance and process engineering groups to see that the departments are working in concern to maximize plant performance and continuously improve the operation.
