- Direct the development and formulation of new food/beverage products, including sensory and process optimization.
- Coordinate product development activities with cross-functional teams such as R&D, quality assurance, marketing, and production to meet strategic objectives.
- Specify and enforce food safety and quality protocols for all new products, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Establish robust quality control processes to maintain product excellence.
- Conduct thorough nutritional analysis and oversee the accurate creation of nutritional labels according to specific regulations and best practices.
- Ensure that nutritional claims align with the product specification and target market requirements.
- Deeply understand market trends, target audience preferences, and strategic objectives to create globally competitive products.
- Lead product innovation initiatives to enhance product mix and fulfill strategic business programs.
- Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies to create leading-edge food and beverage offerings.
- Master's degree or higher in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in food/beverage product development, with a proven track record of successful product launches and innovation.
- At least 7 years of progressive management experience in leading teams and driving collaboration across departments.
- Strong technical knowledge in the composition, functionality, and behavior of food systems and their ingredients.
- Expertise in sensory evaluation, process design, and food safety practices.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and align product development with business goals.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in nutritional analysis and labeling.
