- Build and strengthen relationships with Chinese regulatory authorities and government stakeholders
- Implement strategic initiatives as directed by senior management
- Identify market opportunities and manage risk effectively
- Lead local team and operations while ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Represent the company at industry events and in negotiations with key partners
- 10-20 years of progressive experience in iron ore trading
- Demonstrated success in achieving substantial sales volumes in the Chinese market
- Extensive existing network within Chinese steel industry and related sectors
- In-depth knowledge of iron ore market fundamentals, pricing models, and global trade patterns
- Exceptional commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills
- Native-level Mandarin Chinese and professional English proficiency
