Responsibilities:
  • Providing subject matter expertise in the implementation and execution of operational technology (OT) Security workshops, risk assessments and remediation engagements with shop-floor staff.
  • Conducting security reviews and assessments of JE operational technology and OT security risk landscapes to advise on enhancements, and develop strategies, roadmaps, and new operating models to achieve these enhancements.
  • In charge of OT vulnerability and patch management of the organization globally and meet the KPI.
  • Design OT security playbooks and threat hunting models with the outsourced SOC Vendor.
  • Perform regular penetration scans to meet compliance requirements in OT network.
  • Manage outsourced OT security vendor to ensure 24/7 support and undisrupted service to manufacturing plants.
  • Provide support to compliance team in collecting logs and evidence to support the conformance of the compliance controls.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years control systems security background with relevant previous experience in a technical or consulting environment and experience in implementation of OT security solution.
  • Experience with ICS systems and ICS security industry practices with exposure to Operational technologies such as Fortinet, Claroty, Qualys, TrendMicro, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, and Xona etc.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of one or more of the following: IEC 62443/ISA 99, ISO 27001, Tisax, and NIST SP 800-82.
  • Experience in deploying or supporting security practices and technologies such as risk or vulnerability assessments, antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, centralized alert logging and monitoring in ICS environments (energy companies or large manufacturing organizations).
  • Certificates in either CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or GIAC preferred.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese and English is a must.
  • Ability to work with global security leads in European, Americas and Canada regions in their morning time zone on a weekly basis.
  • Willing to station in Jiangmen.
