- Provide the second level technical support, solve the main troubleshooting case
- Organize the application team to conduct workshop, share the experience, enhance team service capability
- Solve application / product problems promptly and completely
- Formulate and maintain the product and customer technological document management system and process
- Set up the standardized workflow and strategy for customer training and customer visiting
- In charge of product usage training file management, update, editing and related service, product and customer notice
- Communicate with Global, exchange the technical message on time, deliver summary to local colleagues
- Execute the SOP and company strategy, coordinate with sales and marketing department
- Provide the second level support to the evaluation of products for customers
- Assist the application specialist to support the customers in the interpretation of test results
- Good track record for working in a MNC company for more than five years, with related work experience in sales & application support.
