- Generate Insights & Drive Decisions: Translate large, complex data sets into actionable recommendations that improve operational performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Design Scalable Tools & Reporting Dashboards: Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to empower stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Optimize Freight Operations: Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance speed, cost efficiency, and service levels. Actively integrate data, leveraging analytics to scope and implement levers to drive speed & reliability globally, and create monitoring tools to track progress.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Own end-to-end freight-forwarding initiatives - from conceptualization, to planning, execution, and measurement - focused on reducing incident rates and improving performance.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Be an effective contributor in a team that manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - partner with global operations, technology, and supplier teams to design and deliver process transformations.
- Enhance Performance Frameworks: Develop and implement sustainable performance management models that enable long-term improvements across supply chain processes.
- Analytical & Technical Competency: Advanced proficiency in SQL/BigQuery, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio). Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Work Experience: Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding preferred; knowledge of warehouse consolidation a plus. Proven success operating within an analytical focused role providing agile business insights for impactful business decisions. Ideally, within an operational/ supply chain environment.
- Leadership & Execution: Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced, high-priority environments with a track record of achieving quantifiable results. Aptitude to effectively navigate IT systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable narratives.
- Mindset & Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial, independent, adaptable, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity and customer-focused with a passion for process optimization.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (supply chain preferred). Fluency in English & Mandarin required.
- Travel Requirements: Accommodate occasional travel to warehouse locations in China, India and Southeast Asia.
