- Cooperate with product, after-sales, logistics, credit team.
- Cooperate with after-sales service team to provide customers with quality after-sales service interaction.
- Maintain good relationship with logistics team to ensure equipment delivery on schedule.
- Communicate with product team for product support.
- Comply with company credit policy and be responsible for accounts receivable.
